Step2: Consult with your doctor
Please consult with your doctor to see if you are able to travel to Japan and obtain the doctor’s permission of your trip.
Step3: Check availability of airline tickets and hotels
Check the availability of airline tickets and hotels for your desired dates and decide your itinerary.
Do not make airline or hotel arrangements at this point. If you are unable to make dialysis appointments, for example, you will need to change your itinerary. We are not responsible for any change or cancellation fees related to travel, including airline tickets and hotels.

Application
Step5: Apply using the form on our website
To apply for our service, please use our online application form. We will email you an application form with the information you have entered.
Please review and sign the form, and return it to us. We will bill for our service fee and you need to pay for it through our online payment system.

Step6: We make a temporary appointment at a dialysis center in Japan
After your payment of our service fee, we will make a temporary reservation at the dialysis center in Japan. We will contact you when the temporary reservation is confirmed, and you can make formal travel arrangements.
Step7: Your doctor prepares your medical information form
We will send you a medical information form to be filled out by your doctor. Please ask your doctor to fill out the medical information form, which is necessary for your dialysis treatment.
Please submit this form with a blood test within 30 days of your departure at least 3 weeks prior to your departure. You may need to pay for the blood test. Occasionally, some hospitals charge extra fee for items that are not available as routine blood test data.
Step8: Dialysis clinic in Japan issues a final confirmation letter
After submitting the medical information form and the blood test result are submitted, the dialysis clinic reviews these docs. If no additional information is necessary, a final confirmation letter will be issued by the clinic in Japan.

Step13: Make a payment of the dialysis fee
Please make a payment of the dialysis fee to the dialysis clinic on the first day of the dialysis treatment. Some clinics only accept cash payment. We will provide you the payment information in advance.
Step14: Return to your hotel
After your dialysis treatment, you can ask the clinic to call taxi to return to your hotel.
